In this role, your responsibilities are to analyze the wheels and tires on each vehicle, conduct necessary services such as changing and rotating tires, and align the wheels per manufacturer specifications. You also perform inspections to test the safety of the vehicle and to ensure alignment was done correctly. Role alignment is the process of ensuring employees are correctly matched to the responsibilities that suit their skills and strengths. It involves comparing the job description each person was hired to do with their actual day-to-day work. Wheel alignment refers to the angle of your wheels in comparison to each other and the body of your vehicle. In this role, your responsibilities are to analyze the wheels and tires on each vehicle, conduct necessary services such as changing and rotating tires, and align the wheels per manufacturer specifications.
