Job description

Installation: Install water purification systems, including reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water filters, and UV sterilizers, in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Follow manufacturer's guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on water purification systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This may include replacing filters, membranes, UV lamps, and other components as needed. Clean and sanitize system components to remove contaminants and maintain water quality. Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water purification systems, such as low water pressure, leaks, clogs, or malfunctioning components. Identify root causes of problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore system functionality. Water Testing: Conduct water quality tests to assess the effectiveness of water purification systems and ensure that treated water meets regulatory standards and quality requirements. Use testing equipment to measure parameters such as pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), and microbial contamination. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls, inquiries, and requests for assistance. Communicate effectively with customers to explain maintenance procedures, repair options, and recommendations for improving water quality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including service reports, work orders, and inventory records. Document system specifications, component serial numbers, and warranty information for reference and tracking purposes. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices at all times. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in water purification technology, products, and industry trends. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge and skills in water treatment techniques and equipment. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, consumables, and supplies needed for installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Order replacement parts and materials as needed to ensure availability and minimize downtime. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, such as water system failures or contamination events, in a timely and effective manner. Implement contingency plans and emergency procedures to mitigate risks and address critical issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure that water purification systems are installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Solicit feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective actions as needed.
