Order Taking: Efficiently take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Be attentive to any special requests or dietary restrictions. Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and tidy dining areas by clearing tables, replacing utensils, and ensuring that condiments and other supplies are stocked. Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests, ensuring that presentation is in line with restaurant standards. Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Upselling: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment as per restaurant procedures.
