Table Maintenance: Setting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring that tables are clean and presentable for the next guests. Upselling and Recommendations: Suggesting additional items, desserts, or drinks based on customer preferences and restaurant offerings. Payment Handling: Presenting bills, processing payments accurately, and handling cash or credit transactions. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary. Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to provide efficient service.
