Suggestive Selling: Recommend specials, appetizers, drinks, or desserts to enhance guests' dining experience and increase sales. Knowledge of Menu: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to assist guests with their choices. Timely Service: Ensure prompt and efficient service by relaying orders to the kitchen promptly and coordinating with other staff members to deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Checking Back: Check back with guests after delivering their meals to ensure that everything is satisfactory and address any concerns or requests they may have. Beverage Service: Serve beverages such as water, wine, cocktails, or other drinks, and refill glasses as needed throughout the meal. Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized, clearing away empty plates, utensils, and glassware promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment. Upselling: Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to increase sales and enhance guests' dining experience. Handling Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change or process credit card transactions as needed.
