Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders promptly and accurately to the correct table, ensuring that each dish is presented well and matches the customer's specifications. Checking Back: Checking with customers shortly after serving their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs they may have. Handling Payments: Presenting the bill to customers, processing payments accurately, and providing any necessary change or receipts. Upselling and Recommending: Suggesting additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the customer's dining experience and increase sales. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring that condiments and utensils are well-stocked. Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Following proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, as well as adhering to any health regulations or guidelines. Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Anticipating customers' needs, being attentive to their requests, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
