As a Utility Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the facility. Your duties may include, but are not limited to: Maintenance Tasks: Performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, equipment, and furniture. Assisting in minor repairs and troubleshooting issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and reporting them to the appropriate authority. Cleaning and Sanitization: Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, common areas, and other designated areas according to established standards. Disposing of waste and recycling materials in a responsible manner. Assistance and Support: Providing assistance to other staff members and departments as needed. Assisting with setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for events, meetings, and functions. Responding promptly to requests and inquiries from staff, visitors, and guests. Safety and Security: Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Monitoring the premises for security purposes and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.
