Kottayam, Kerala Full Time Date: 12 June 2024

Job description

Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a visual inspection of the two-wheeler to assess its condition and identify areas that require cleaning or detailing. Note any visible dirt, debris, stains, or damage that may need attention. Preparation: Prepare the vehicle for washing by removing any accessories, such as mirrors or decals, that could be damaged by water or cleaning products. Cover sensitive components, such as the exhaust pipe or electrical connections, to prevent water ingress. Cleaning Process: Use a mild detergent or automotive shampoo and water to wash the exterior surfaces of the two-wheeler, including the body, frame, wheels, and undercarriage. Use soft brushes, sponges, or microfiber towels to loosen and remove dirt, grime, and road debris without scratching or damaging the paint or finish. Rinsing: Thoroughly rinse the vehicle with clean water to remove soap residue and loosened dirt. Use a hose, pressure washer, or bucket of water to ensure all surfaces are rinsed completely. Drying: Dry the vehicle using a soft, absorbent cloth or chamois to prevent water spots and streaks. Start from the top and work your way down, drying one section at a time until the entire vehicle is dry. Detailing: Use specialized detailing products to enhance the appearance of the vehicle and protect its surfaces. Apply wax, polish, or sealant to the paintwork to add shine and provide a protective barrier against environmental contaminants. Use tire shine or dressing to restore the luster of tires and trim. Chrome and Metal Polishing: Polish chrome and metal surfaces, such as handlebars, exhaust pipes, and engine components, to remove oxidation, stains, and tarnish. Use metal polish and a soft cloth or applicator pad to buff surfaces to a high shine. Glass and Mirror Cleaning: Clean and polish glass surfaces, including windshields, mirrors, and headlight lenses, to ensure clarity and visibility. Use glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth to remove dirt, bugs, and smudges from glass surfaces. Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection of the vehicle to ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of streaks or spots. Touch up any areas that may have been missed or require additional attention. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with vehicle owners, addressing any special requests or concerns they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning and detailing services provided.
