Job description

Diagnosis and Inspection: Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues with two-wheeled vehicles. This includes using diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems. Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing worn-out parts (e.g., brakes, tires, chains), adjusting engine components, tuning carburetors, and repairing electrical systems (e.g., wiring, lights). Engine Overhaul: Disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding motorcycle engines to restore performance and efficiency. This may involve replacing pistons, rings, valves, and bearings as needed. Brake and Suspension Systems: Inspecting and servicing brake systems (e.g., drum brakes, disc brakes) and suspension components (e.g., shocks, forks) to ensure safe handling and braking performance. Electrical Systems: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, ignition systems, batteries, and lights. Two-Wheeler Mechanics ensure electrical components function correctly and safely. Fuel Systems: Cleaning and servicing fuel systems, including carburetors and fuel injection systems. They may adjust fuel mixture settings and ensure proper fuel delivery to optimize engine performance. Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers to understand vehicle issues, provide repair estimates, and explain necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
