Job description

Vehicle Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of two-wheeled vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues or malfunctions. Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and determine the root cause of issues reported by customers or observed during inspections. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on two-wheeled vehicles, including engine repairs, brake adjustments, electrical system repairs, suspension repairs, and tire replacements. Parts Replacement: Replace faulty or worn-out parts, components, and systems, including spark plugs, filters, belts, chains, brakes, and exhaust systems. Engine Tuning: Tune engines to ensure optimal performance, including adjusting carburetors, fuel injection systems, ignition timing, and valve clearance. Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, lights, indicators, and battery-related issues. Fuel Systems: Inspect, clean, and repair fuel systems, including carburetors, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, and fuel lines. Brake Systems: Inspect, repair, and replace brake components, including brake pads, brake discs, brake lines, and brake calipers. Suspension Systems: Inspect, repair, and adjust suspension systems, including shocks, forks, springs, and swingarms. Transmission Systems: Inspect, repair, and adjust transmission systems, including clutches, gears, chains, and drive belts. Testing and Quality Control: Test repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and performance. Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process. Documentation: Document all repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts replacements accurately in service records and work orders. Maintain organized records of vehicle inspections, diagnoses, and repairs. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all repair and maintenance activities. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Skills: Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of two-wheeled vehicle mechanics, systems, and components. Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues accurately.
