Job description

Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of two-wheeled vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, or structural issues. Use diagnostic tools, visual inspections, and test rides to assess the condition and performance of components. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, engine issues, electrical faults, and other malfunctions affecting two-wheeler performance. Identify root causes of problems and determine appropriate repair solutions. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks to address identified issues and restore vehicle functionality. This includes tasks such as engine repairs, brake adjustments, suspension maintenance, tire replacements, and fluid changes. Parts Replacement: Replace worn or damaged parts with new or refurbished components to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. Select appropriate replacement parts based on vehicle specifications and compatibility. Engine Overhaul: Perform engine overhauls, rebuilds, or tune-ups to improve engine performance, efficiency, and longevity. Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble engine components according to manufacturer specifications. Electrical System Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical system faults, including wiring issues, battery problems, lighting malfunctions, and ignition system failures. Test electrical components, such as switches, sensors, and relays, to ensure proper functioning. Brake and Suspension Service: Inspect, repair, and service brake systems, including brake pads, calipers, rotors, and brake lines, to ensure safe stopping performance. Check and adjust suspension components, such as shocks, forks, and springs, for optimal ride quality and handling. Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections and checks to verify that two-wheeled vehicles meet regulatory requirements and safety standards. Ensure proper functioning of essential safety features, such as lights, signals, mirrors, and horn. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with vehicle owners, explaining repair recommendations, and addressing customer concerns or questions. Offer advice on vehicle maintenance practices and preventive care to promote safe and reliable vehicle operation. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, parts replacements, and maintenance activities. Document work performed, parts used, and labor hours for billing purposes and warranty claims. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and machinery used in the repair and maintenance of two-wheeled vehicles. Clean, lubricate, and inspect tools regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
