Diagnostic Assessment: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and performance issues in motorcycles and scooters using diagnostic equipment, tools, and manual inspection techniques. Mechanics identify symptoms, troubleshoot problems, and determine the root causes of vehicle issues. Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs, replacements, and adjustments on various components and systems of two-wheelers, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and fuel systems. Mechanics use specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle parts and components. Engine Overhaul and Rebuilding: Overhauling and rebuilding motorcycle engines to restore performance, efficiency, and reliability. Mechanics dismantle engines, inspect internal components, replace worn parts, and reassemble engines according to manufacturer specifications and tolerances. Brake and Suspension Servicing: Inspecting, servicing, and repairing brake systems, including disc brakes, drum brakes, brake pads, and brake calipers, to ensure optimal braking performance and safety. Mechanics also service suspension systems, including forks, shocks, and springs, to maintain ride quality and stability. Electrical System Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting electrical issues, such as wiring problems, battery issues, starting problems, and lighting malfunctions, in motorcycle electrical systems. Mechanics use multimeters, wiring diagrams, and electrical testing tools to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
