Diagnosis and Inspection: Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues affecting two-wheeled vehicles. Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and experience to pinpoint problems accurately. Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance services to address identified issues and ensure the proper functioning of two-wheeled vehicles. This includes tasks such as engine repair, brake servicing, suspension adjustment, and tire replacement. Engine Overhaul: Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble motorcycle engines to restore performance and efficiency. This may involve replacing worn-out components, repairing damaged parts, and tuning engine settings. Electrical System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, ignition systems, and battery charging systems. Replace faulty components and ensure proper electrical connections. Brake and Suspension Services: Inspect, adjust, and repair braking systems, including brake pads, discs, calipers, and hydraulic lines. Perform suspension maintenance, including fork servicing, shock absorber replacement, and alignment adjustments. Fuel System Maintenance: Clean, adjust, and repair fuel system components such as carburetors, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, and fuel lines. Ensure proper fuel delivery and combustion for optimal engine performance. Transmission Repair: Inspect, repair, and adjust transmission systems, including manual transmissions, automatic transmissions, and continuously variable transmissions (CVTs). Skills: Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
