Job description

Diagnosis: Identifying and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or performance issues with two-wheeled vehicles through visual inspection, diagnostic tools, and customer descriptions. Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks to address identified issues and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. This includes tasks such as engine tuning, brake adjustments, tire replacement, and oil changes. Parts Replacement: Removing and replacing worn or damaged parts such as brakes, spark plugs, filters, bearings, chains, and sprockets to restore vehicle performance and reliability. Electrical Systems: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, lights, ignition systems, and battery components, to ensure proper functionality and safety. Engine Overhaul: Performing engine overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of engine components to address issues such as poor performance, overheating, or excessive noise. Welding and Fabrication: Performing welding and fabrication work to repair or reinforce frame, chassis, or other metal components of two-wheeled vehicles as needed. Testing and Quality Control: Conducting thorough testing and quality control checks on repaired vehicles to ensure that all issues have been addressed and that the vehicle meets safety and performance standards. Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers to understand their concerns, explain repair options, provide cost estimates, and address any questions or concerns they may have about their vehicle.
