Job description

Tour Planning and Development: Planning, designing, and developing tour packages, itineraries, and travel experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate clients, taking into account destination preferences, budgets, and special requirements. Product Management: Managing the portfolio of tour products and services offered by the company, including researching new destinations, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Client Consultation and Sales: Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements, and recommending suitable tour options, destinations, and activities to meet their needs. Also, overseeing the sales process, responding to inquiries, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Operations Management: Overseeing all operational aspects of tour planning and execution, including transportation, accommodations, activities, guides, meals, and other logistics, and ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of services. Vendor and Supplier Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour guides, and other service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements, and ensuring service quality and compliance with contractual terms. Customer Service and Support: Providing excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships and repeat business. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising tour coordinators, travel agents, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of professionalism and productivity. Financial Management: Managing budgeting, pricing, and profitability of tour products and services, monitoring expenses, revenues, and profit margins, and implementing cost-saving measures and revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to promote tour packages and travel services, including online marketing, advertising, social media, and partnership collaborations to attract new clients and increase bookings. Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for tour operations, accommodations, transportation, and other services, conducting inspections, evaluations, and customer feedback surveys, and implementing improvements to enhance customer experiences. Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks and emergencies during travel, such as health emergencies, natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions, and implementing contingency plans to ensure client safety and well-being. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance coverage, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements governing travel operations and customer protection.
