Job description

Tour Planning: Planning and designing tour itineraries, destinations, activities, and accommodations based on client preferences, budget, and travel objectives. Product Development: Developing new tour packages, experiences, and travel products to meet market demand and attract customers, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Client Consultation: Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements, and recommending suitable tour options, destinations, and activities to meet their needs. Reservation Management: Making reservations for transportation, accommodations, tours, activities, and other travel services on behalf of clients, and confirming bookings to ensure availability and smooth travel arrangements. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance before, during, and after the trip. Destination Knowledge: Having comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, landmarks, culture, customs, and local regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating logistics for transportation, transfers, accommodations, meals, guides, and other services to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Budget Management: Estimating travel costs, preparing tour quotations and pricing packages, and managing budgets to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations and quality standards. Risk Management: Assessing and managing potential risks and emergencies during travel, such as health emergencies, natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions, and implementing contingency plans to ensure client safety and well-being. Marketing and Promotion: Marketing tour packages and travel services through various channels, including online platforms, travel agencies, advertising, social media, and promotional events, to attract new clients and increase bookings. Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance coverage, and health and safety standards, and assisting clients with visa applications, travel documents, and insurance arrangements as needed. Feedback and Evaluation: Collecting feedback from clients after the trip, evaluating customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the quality of services and customer experiences.
