Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments or meetings for sales representatives with interested prospects. Market Research: Conducting surveys or gathering information about customer needs, preferences, and feedback. Customer Follow-Up: Following up with customers who have shown interest in the product or service but have not yet made a purchase. Handling Objections: Addressing objections or concerns raised by prospects and providing appropriate responses to overcome resistance. Data Entry and Documentation: Recording details of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately in the company's CRM system or database. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage prospects, convey information clearly, and build rapport over the phone.
