Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to gather feedback, address concerns, or upsell additional products or services. Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases or CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information obtained during telecalling activities. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, or objectives through effective telecalling and lead generation efforts.
