Cold Calling: Make cold calls to individuals or businesses who may not be familiar with the company or its offerings. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive rapport with prospects through effective communication and active listening. Ask open-ended questions to understand their needs, interests, and preferences, and tailor the sales pitch accordingly. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Communicate product information accurately and confidently to prospects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls with qualified leads or interested prospects.
