Job description

Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential leads or customers who may be interested in the products or services offered by the company. Script Development: Developing a script or call guide to follow during phone calls, including an introduction, key talking points, and responses to common objections or questions. Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to the list of leads or customers, introducing the company and its offerings, and engaging them in conversation to assess their needs and interests. Product or Service Promotion: Effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services being promoted to potential customers. Lead Qualification: Qualifying leads by asking questions to determine their level of interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Identifying qualified leads for further follow-up or conversion. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments or meetings with qualified leads for sales representatives or account managers to further discuss products or services. Handling Objections: Addressing objections or concerns raised by prospects and providing information or solutions to alleviate their doubts or hesitations. Follow-up: Following up with prospects who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to make a decision. Sending follow-up emails, making follow-up calls, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Database Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or database. Performance Tracking: Tracking key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment set to evaluate the effectiveness of telecalling efforts and identify areas for improvement.
