They highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to persuade prospects to take action, such as making a purchase or scheduling a demo. Lead Generation: Telecallers generate leads by identifying potential customers who have expressed interest in the company's offerings. They gather information about prospects, such as contact details, preferences, and purchasing intent, and update the company's CRM system with relevant data. Qualifying Leads: They qualify leads by asking probing questions to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and level of interest. They determine whether prospects meet the criteria for becoming qualified leads or potential customers. Handling Objections: Telecallers address objections or concerns raised by prospects during the call. They listen actively to understand the prospect's perspective and respond with appropriate solutions or rebuttals to overcome objections and keep the conversation moving forward.
