Job description

Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential customers or leads who may be interested in the products or services being offered. Making Calls: Actively making outbound calls to prospects or existing customers according to a predefined list or database. Introducing Products/Services: Effectively introducing and explaining the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services being promoted. Handling Objections: Addressing any objections or concerns raised by prospects and providing suitable responses to overcome them. Building Rapport: Establishing a positive rapport and building a relationship with prospects through effective communication skills and active listening. Qualifying Leads: Qualifying leads by assessing their level of interest, needs, and readiness to make a purchase decision. Scheduling Appointments: If applicable, scheduling appointments or meetings for sales representatives to further engage with qualified leads. Recording Information: Accurately recording and maintaining details of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or database. Follow-up: Following up with prospects who have shown interest but are not yet ready to commit, nurturing the relationship over time to eventually convert them into customers. Adhering to Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as Do Not Call (DNC) regulations and data protection laws, to maintain ethical and legal practices. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-improvement efforts. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the organization, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Providing Feedback: Providing feedback to management based on customer responses, market insights, and experiences during telecalling activities to help improve strategies and processes.
