Appointment Setting: Telecallers schedule appointments, meetings, or demos with qualified leads or prospects for sales representatives or field executives. They coordinate schedules, confirm appointments, and provide necessary information to ensure successful meetings. Customer Engagement: Telecallers engage with customers or clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements. They actively listen to customer inquiries, provide information, address concerns, and offer solutions to build rapport and trust.
