Job description

Lead Generation: Initiating phone calls to prospective customers or clients based on a list provided by the company, or through self-generated leads. Introduction and Pitch: Introducing yourself and the company, and delivering a compelling sales pitch to promote the product or service being offered. Product or Service Explanation: Providing detailed information about the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services, and addressing any questions or concerns raised by the prospect. Handling Objections: Addressing objections or concerns raised by the prospect, and providing persuasive responses to overcome objections and move the conversation forward. Qualifying Leads: Asking probing questions to assess the prospect's level of interest, needs, budget, and decision-making authority, and qualifying leads for further follow-up. Appointment Setting: If applicable, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with qualified leads for further discussion, product demonstration, or sales presentation. Data Entry and Management: Recording all relevant information gathered during the call, including contact details, conversation notes, and outcomes, in the company's CRM system or database. Follow-Up: Following up on initial calls or inquiries to nurture leads, provide additional information, address any remaining concerns, and move prospects through the sales funnel. Meeting Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding predetermined targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales outcomes as set by the company. Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines: Following company-provided scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations while making calls to ensure consistency and professionalism. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Actively seeking feedback, training, and opportunities for skill development to enhance telecalling effectiveness and results.
