Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through effective questioning and conversation techniques to gauge interest and potential fit. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments or meetings for sales representatives or field agents with interested prospects. Market Research: Conducting surveys or gathering market intelligence by asking relevant questions and recording responses accurately. Customer Feedback: Seeking feedback from existing customers on products, services, or recent experiences with the company. Handling Objections: Addressing objections or concerns raised by prospects and providing appropriate responses to overcome objections. Database Management: Updating and maintaining customer information, call logs, and outcomes in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or databases.
