Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Quality Assurance: Ensure that team members adhere to quality standards and procedures, conducting regular quality checks and providing feedback for improvement. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues within the team in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels within the team and with other departments, ensuring clarity of goals, expectations, and feedback. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, project progress, and other relevant metrics for management review. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
