We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tea Maker to join our team in Thrissur. As a Tea Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving tea to customers while ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. Responsibilities: Prepare Tea: Brew tea according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistent taste and quality. Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or special requests. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the tea preparation area clean and organized, following all sanitation guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Inventory Management: Monitor tea inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, processing payments and providing customers with receipts. Promote Specials: Inform customers about any special tea blends or promotions, encouraging them to try new varieties. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Requirements: Experience: Prior experience as a Tea Maker or in a similar role preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of tea and brewing techniques is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
