Learn about different types of tea, including black, green, white, oolong, and herbal teas, as well as their flavor profiles, brewing times, and serving recommendations. Tea Preparation: Prepare tea according to customer preferences and menu specifications. Measure appropriate quantities of tea leaves or tea bags, and steep them in hot water for the recommended duration to achieve the desired strength and flavor. Brewing Techniques: Master various brewing techniques to extract the optimal flavors and aromas from different types of tea. Adjust brewing parameters such as water temperature, steeping time, and tea-to-water ratio based on the type of tea and customer preferences. Customization: Accommodate special requests and preferences from customers, such as adjusting the strength, sweetness, or temperature of the tea. Offer additional options such as milk, honey, lemon, or sugar for customers to customize their tea according to their taste. Tea Presentation: Present tea in clean and attractive teaware, such as teapots, cups, and saucers, to enhance the overall tea-drinking experience. Pay attention to details such as garnishes, lemon slices, or sugar sticks to add visual appeal to the presentation. Menu Expansion: Collaborate with management to expand the tea menu by introducing new and unique tea blends, flavors, or specialty teas. Conduct tastings and gather feedback from customers to identify popular choices and trends in tea preferences. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Provide information about different types of tea, brewing methods, and health benefits to assist customers in making their selection. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the tea preparation area clean and organized at all times. Clean tea utensils, teapots, and brewing equipment regularly to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, tea bags, and related supplies. Place orders for replenishment as needed to ensure availability of a variety of teas for customers to choose from. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines for food and beverage preparation.
