You are familiar with their origins, flavor profiles, brewing methods, and health benefits. Tea Preparation: You brew tea using the appropriate brewing methods and equipment, such as teapots, infusers, and brewing baskets. You measure tea leaves or tea bags accurately, considering factors such as water temperature, steeping time, and tea-to-water ratio to achieve the desired flavor and strength. Customization: You accommodate customer preferences by offering a range of tea options and customization choices, such as adjusting brewing parameters, adding milk, sweeteners, or flavorings, or creating personalized tea blends. You provide recommendations based on customer tastes and preferences. Tea Presentation: You serve tea in clean, elegant teaware, such as teapots, cups, and saucers, ensuring a visually appealing presentation. You may garnish tea with lemon slices, mint leaves, or other embellishments to enhance its aroma and appearance. Quality Control: You maintain high standards of tea quality and consistency, ensuring that each cup of tea is brewed to perfection. You taste-test tea regularly to monitor its flavor, aroma, and strength and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results. Tea Education: You educate customers about different types of tea, their flavor profiles, brewing techniques, and health benefits. You share your knowledge and passion for tea, answering questions and providing guidance to help customers make informed choices. Customer Service: You provide friendly and attentive service to customers, greeting them warmly, taking their orders accurately, and engaging in courteous and informative communication. You ensure that customers feel welcome and valued throughout their tea-drinking experience. Upselling and Promotion: You actively promote tea offerings, suggesting additional items or recommending premium teas or specialty blends to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. You may offer samples or tastings to encourage customers to try new teas. Cleanliness and Hygiene: You maintain a clean and organized tea station, following food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the safety of the beverages. You regularly clean teapots, brewing equipment, and serving utensils.
