Tea Selection: Curating a diverse selection of teas, including black, green, white, oolong, herbal, and flavored varieties, sourced from reputable suppliers or estates. Knowledge of Tea: Having a thorough understanding of different types of tea, their flavor profiles, brewing techniques, and health benefits. Providing guidance and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and tastes. Brewing Tea: Brewing tea using appropriate methods, water temperatures, and steeping times to achieve optimal flavor and aroma. Ensuring consistency in brewing quality across different tea varieties. Presentation: Serving tea in appropriate teaware, such as teapots, cups, and saucers, and presenting them with elegance and attention to detail. Garnishing tea with lemon slices, mint leaves, or other decorative elements as desired. Customization: Offering customization options for customers, such as adjusting brewing parameters, adding milk, sugar, or honey, or creating custom tea blends to suit individual preferences. Tea Accessories: Maintaining a selection of tea accessories, including tea infusers, strainers, timers, and temperature-controlled kettles, to facilitate the brewing process and enhance the tea-drinking experience. Customer Service: Interacting with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions about different teas and brewing methods. Providing attentive and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that teas are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness, flavor, and quality. Monitoring inventory levels and rotating stock to prevent spoilage or deterioration. Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining tea equipment, including teapots, cups, and brewing vessels, to ensure hygiene and prevent flavor contamination. Following sanitation protocols and guidelines for food and beverage preparation. Education and Events: Conducting tea tastings, workshops, or educational sessions to educate customers about tea culture, brewing techniques, and the health benefits of different teas. Participating in tea-related events, festivals, or competitions to showcase tea expertise and promote the establishment.
