Operate and monitor tea processing machinery, including withering, rolling, oxidation, drying, packaging and dispatching. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of tea production. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that tea products meet established standards. • Controlling the various processes in the tea factory to treat and prepare green tea leaves fit for brewing and the final preparation of green or black tea. • Checking that the green tea leaves are withered in lofts by the Withering Loft Attendant and have proper moisture content before rolling.
