This may involve blending yogurt, spices, herbs, and other seasonings to create flavorful marinades that enhance the taste and tenderness of the ingredients when cooked in the tandoor. Skewering and Cooking: Skewering marinated ingredients onto metal skewers or rods and positioning them inside the tandoor for cooking. Using specialized techniques to ensure that the food cooks evenly and achieves the desired level of char and caramelization while retaining moisture and tenderness.
