Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are trained, coached, and equipped to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and shrinkage. Visual Merchandising: Oversee the layout, presentation, and display of merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment that enhances the customer experience and drives sales. Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by setting service standards, resolving customer complaints or issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and helpful atmosphere in the store. Staff Scheduling and Management: Create staff schedules, assign duties, and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while controlling labor costs. Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the store's budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve overall profitability. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract customers, drive foot traffic, and increase sales. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety standards, labor laws, and merchandising guidelines, to maintain a safe and legal operating environment. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognize top performers, and address performance issues through coaching, training, or disciplinary action when necessary. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the local community, participate in community events, and support local initiatives to enhance the store's reputation and community presence. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive long-term growth and success for the store, adapting to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
