Job description

As a South Indian Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, ensuring they are authentic in flavor and presentation. Your duties will include: Preparing and cooking South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, and various types of chutneys. Following traditional recipes and maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes. Ensuring that food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized. Monitoring and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies. Collaborating with the kitchen team to plan menus and specials. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role, with expertise in preparing authentic South Indian dishes. Strong knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions, spices, and ingredients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
