Job description

Prepare and cook a wide range of vegetarian South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries, and more, adhering to authentic recipes and flavors. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders. Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals. South Indian food is known for the use of generous coconut in their curries. Other basic and common ingredients include curry leaves, mustard oil, red chillies and oil etc. Here we have tried to demystify and explain the different cuisines of South India.
