Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards. Ingredient Selection and Procurement: Sourcing fresh and authentic South Indian ingredients, spices, and condiments for cooking. Maintaining inventory of food supplies and monitoring stock levels. Kitchen Management: Overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Recipe Standardization: Standardizing recipes to maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation. Training kitchen staff on cooking techniques and recipe execution. Creative Culinary Techniques: Experimenting with innovative twists on traditional South Indian recipes while preserving authenticity. Incorporating modern cooking methods and presentation styles.
