Food Preparation: Mastering the techniques and recipes for preparing South Indian dishes with precision and authenticity, including grinding spices, fermenting batters, tempering spices, and balancing flavors to achieve the perfect taste and texture. Ingredient Selection: Sourcing high-quality ingredients, spices, and produce essential for South Indian cuisine, and ensuring freshness, authenticity, and sustainability in ingredient procurement. Recipe Development: Experimenting with traditional recipes and innovative variations to create unique and appealing dishes that reflect both authenticity and creativity, while maintaining the essence of South Indian flavors. Kitchen Management: Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
