Job description

Installation: Installing solar panels, mounting racks, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems on residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Solar Technicians follow design plans, specifications, and safety protocols to ensure proper installation and alignment of solar equipment. Electrical Wiring: Connecting solar panels, inverters, and electrical components to existing electrical systems, grid connections, or battery storage systems. Solar Technicians perform wiring, terminations, and connections according to electrical codes and standards. Commissioning: Commissioning newly installed solar energy systems by testing components, verifying electrical connections, and conducting performance checks. Solar Technicians ensure that systems are operational, efficient, and compliant with specifications before handing them over to customers. Maintenance and Inspections: Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Solar Technicians clean panels, check connections, inspect components, and replace defective parts as needed. System Monitoring: Monitoring the performance and output of solar energy systems using monitoring software, data loggers, or remote monitoring systems.
