Ensure that ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly stored. Cooking and Baking: Cook or bake snacks according to recipes and instructions, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures. Use various cooking methods such as frying, baking, grilling, or roasting to achieve desired results. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of snacks during production, checking for doneness, flavor, texture, and appearance. Adjust cooking times, temperatures, or ingredients as needed to maintain consistency and quality. Portioning and Packaging: Portion snacks into individual servings or packages, ensuring accurate portion sizes and consistent presentation. Package snacks in containers, bags, or wrappers for sale or distribution. Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and cooking surfaces.
