Job description

Team Management: Lead and manage the showroom team, including sales associates, customer service representatives, and administrative staff. Provide guidance, support, training, and motivation to ensure a high level of performance and productivity. Sales Performance: Set sales targets and objectives for the showroom, develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets, and monitor sales performance against goals. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures as needed to maximize sales revenue and profitability. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and support throughout their showroom experience. Train staff on customer service standards, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, and resolve issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the showroom, including features, benefits, pricing, and specifications. Train staff on product knowledge and ensure that they can effectively communicate product information to customers. Merchandising and Display: Oversee the layout, presentation, and merchandising of products in the showroom to optimize visual appeal, highlight key features, and attract customer attention. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure effective product displays and promotions. Inventory Management: Manage showroom inventory levels, including stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stock rotation. Monitor inventory turnover rates, identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the showroom, increase brand awareness, and generate sales leads. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results. Budget Management: Develop and manage the showroom budget, including expenses, staffing costs, marketing expenditures, and other operational costs. Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and take corrective action to ensure financial targets are met. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing showroom operations, including licensing requirements, safety regulations, and consumer protection laws. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, inventory levels, and financial performance. Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve showroom operations and achieve business objectives. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain customer relationships. Leverage CRM data to identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and personalize customer communications. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and staff development. Implement best practices, training programs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in showroom operations and customer satisfaction.
