Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks. Providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team. Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld by all staff members. Resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Visual Merchandising: Planning and executing visual merchandising displays and layouts to attract customers, highlight promotions, and optimize sales opportunities. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and placing orders with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts. Sales Performance: Setting sales targets and goals for the store, motivating the team to achieve sales targets, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. Financial Management: Monitoring and managing the store budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability through effective cost management and sales strategies. Operational Efficiency: Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security, and cleanliness standards. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special events to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
