Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Conducting regular inventory counts and monitoring inventory turnover to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Visual Merchandising: Overseeing the layout and presentation of merchandise in the shop to optimize sales and attract customers. Implementing attractive displays, signage, and product placements to highlight featured items and promotions. Sales and Revenue Generation: Setting sales targets and goals for the shop and motivating staff to achieve them. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Marketing and Promotions: Planning and executing marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and local advertising to reach target customers. Financial Management: Managing the shop's budget, expenses, and financial transactions. Monitoring sales revenue, expenses, and profit margins to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by implementing safety protocols and procedures.
