Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise displays to optimize product availability, presentation, and sales. Conduct regular stock checks, inventory audits, and replenishment activities to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory. Merchandising and Visual Display: Plan and implement merchandising strategies, seasonal displays, and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
