Job description

Select and cut meats, vegetables, and toppings for shawarmas. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Leading the Shawarma section, including preparing, marinating, cooking, and serving Lebanese Shawarma. Developing and refining recipes for Shawarma marinades, seasonings, and sauces to ensure authentic and flavorful results.
