Job description

Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service operations, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Team Management: Leading and managing a team of service technicians, advisors, and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Service Operations: Overseeing all aspects of service operations, including scheduling appointments, managing service requests, and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities. Quality Assurance: Monitoring service quality and adherence to service standards, conducting inspections and audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery. Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity in service operations. Budget Management: Developing and managing the service department budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with service vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies. Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and improving service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and improve the overall customer experience. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for service staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in delivering exceptional service. Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing service data and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve service operations.
