Job description

Surveillance: Monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and respond to security breaches, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities. Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity, identify potential security risks, and ensure that security protocols are being followed. Access Control: Controlling access to the premises by verifying the identity of individuals, checking credentials, and ensuring that only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry. Crowd Control: Maintaining order and controlling crowds during events, gatherings, or emergencies to prevent disturbances, conflicts, or safety hazards. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, or security threats, by following established protocols, coordinating with emergency services, and assisting with evacuation procedures if necessary. Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts or disputes between individuals in a calm and professional manner, using conflict resolution techniques and de-escalation strategies to defuse tense situations. Report Writing: Documenting security incidents, observations, and activities in written reports, and providing detailed accounts of incidents for investigation or legal purposes. Risk Assessment: Identifying potential security risks or vulnerabilities within the premises, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures to mitigate risks and improve security preparedness. Security Checks: Conducting security checks of persons, vehicles, bags, or packages entering or leaving the premises to prevent the unauthorized removal of property or the introduction of contraband. First Aid/CPR: Administering basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations, providing assistance to injured or unwell individuals until medical help arrives. Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to visitors, employees, or customers, such as giving directions, answering inquiries, or providing assistance with lost items. Training and Development: Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance security knowledge, skills, and proficiency in handling various security situations effectively.
