Job description

Access Control: Monitoring and controlling access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry and enforcing security protocols for visitors and guests. Surveillance: Conducting regular patrols and surveillance of the premises to detect and deter suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches. Security Monitoring: Monitoring security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems, to identify and respond to security threats or incidents promptly. Emergency Response: Responding to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, such as fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of people and property. Crowd Control: Managing crowds and controlling access during events, gatherings, or emergencies to maintain order, ensure safety, and prevent overcrowding or stampedes. Conflict Resolution: Mediating conflicts or disputes among individuals, enforcing rules and regulations, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in stressful or confrontational situations. Security Screening: Conducting security screenings, bag checks, or metal detector screenings for visitors, employees, or packages entering the premises to prevent the introduction of prohibited items or threats. Patrol and Inspection: Conducting routine patrols and inspections of the premises, including perimeter checks, door and window inspections, and checking for signs of security vulnerabilities or breaches. Report Writing: Documenting security incidents, observations, and activities in detailed incident reports, logs, or records, and communicating relevant information to supervisors, management, or law enforcement as needed. First Aid and Safety: Providing basic first aid assistance and CPR in medical emergencies, coordinating with emergency medical services, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Training and Education: Participating in security training programs, drills, and exercises to maintain proficiency in security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant laws and regulations. Customer Service: Providing courteous and helpful assistance to employees, visitors, and clients, answering inquiries, providing directions, and offering support to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
