Job description

Access Control: Monitoring access points, including entrances, exits, and gates, to prevent unauthorized entry or exit. Checking identification, verifying credentials, and controlling access to restricted areas within the facility. Surveillance and Monitoring: Using surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring systems to observe activity within the automotive facility. Monitoring for suspicious behavior, security breaches, or unauthorized access and taking appropriate action to address any security concerns. Patrol and Inspection: Conducting regular patrols and inspections of the premises to deter criminal activity and identify potential security risks. Checking doors, windows, fences, and other entry points for signs of tampering or damage. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms within the automotive facility. Taking immediate action to contain the situation, notify appropriate authorities, and implement emergency protocols to ensure the safety of employees and visitors. Crowd Control: Managing crowd flow and controlling access during peak periods, special events, or gatherings within the automotive facility. Ensuring that traffic and pedestrian movement are orderly and compliant with safety protocols. Loss Prevention: Implementing strategies to prevent theft, vandalism, and other forms of loss or damage to property within the automotive facility. Monitoring inventory, conducting security audits, and implementing security measures to minimize the risk of loss. Customer Assistance: Providing assistance and guidance to customers and visitors as needed. Offering directions, answering questions, and assisting with inquiries related to security procedures or facility access. Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear and effective communication with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders regarding security incidents, observations, and concerns. Documenting security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports or incident logs. Training and Education: Participating in security training programs and continuing education to stay updated on security best practices, procedures, and regulations. Enhancing knowledge and skills related to security techniques, emergency response, and conflict resolution. Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies as needed to report security incidents, request assistance, or collaborate on investigations. Providing support and assistance to law enforcement personnel responding to security incidents on-site. Maintaining Equipment and Facilities: Ensuring that security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication systems, are properly maintained and operational. Reporting any malfunctions or deficiencies in security equipment to appropriate personnel for repair or replacement. Customer Service and Professionalism: Interacting with employees, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
