Job description

Physical Security: Protecting physical assets, facilities, and individuals from unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or harm. Information Security: Safeguarding sensitive and confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Measures may include encryption, access controls, secure networks, and regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Cybersecurity: Protecting computer systems, networks, and electronic data from cyber threats such as hacking, malware, phishing, and ransomware attacks. This involves implementing firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and conducting regular security assessments. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Developing and implementing plans and protocols to respond effectively to emergencies, crises, or security incidents. This includes evacuation procedures, emergency communication systems, and coordination with emergency responders. Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities through risk assessments. Developing strategies and controls to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and maintain continuity of operations. Security Awareness and Training: Educating employees, stakeholders, and the public about security threats, best practices, and their roles in maintaining security. Training may cover topics such as recognizing suspicious activities, handling confidential information securely, and responding to security incidents.
