Responsibilities: Plan and deliver comprehensive science lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Integrate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and promote practical skills. Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Foster a love for scientific inquiry and encourage students to ask questions, explore, and discover. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary approaches and incorporate real-world applications of science into the curriculum. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Teaching certification or qualification in Science Education. Previous experience teaching science at the middle or high school level. Strong knowledge of biology, chemistry, and physics concepts and principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Familiarity with educational technology and willingness to integrate technology into the classroom.
